Upgrade 74 Work for the Week of Dec. 25, 2006

Peoria, IL -

For the week of Dec. 25, 2006, the following locations will be under construction as part of Upgrade 74. The work is weather permitting, and updates may be necessary.

New Construction Activities:

• From 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 22, through Monday, Dec. 25, there will be no lane reductions on I-74 or arterial roadways for holiday traffic. Please have a safe and happy holiday.

Peoria

• Motorists should expect intermittent lane reductions on War Memorial Drive between Sterling Avenue and University Street for cleanup and landscaping activities.
• Motorists should expect intermittent lane reductions on eastbound and westbound I-74 between Sterling Avenue and Glendale Avenue for cleanup and landscaping activities.

East Peoria

• Motorists should expect intermittent lane reductions on I-74 from Washington Street to Riverfront Drive for cleanup activities and landscaping.
• Motorists should expect lane reductions on Main Street/IL-116 from I-74 to Black Jack Boulevard for cleanup activities and landscaping.
