Upgrade 74 Update

Motorists should expect a left lane closure on westbound I-74 from Washington Street to Main Street/IL-116 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, for joint work. The work is weather permitting, and updates may be necessary. A work zone speed limit of 45 mph will be in effect during construction.
