Upgrade 74 Update

Motorists should expect a right and middle lane closure on both northbound and southbound Main Street/IL-116 from I-74 to Blackjack Boulevard from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, and Friday, Nov. 30, for pavement work. The work is weather permitting, and updates may be necessary. A work zone speed limit of 45 mph will be in effect during construction.
