Upgrade 74 Update for the Week of September 16, 2007

Peoria, IL -

For the week of Sept. 16, 2007, the following locations will be under construction as part of Upgrade 74. The work is weather permitting, and updates may be necessary. A work zone speed limit of 45 mph will be in effect during construction.

Peoria:

• Motorists should expect a left lane closure on eastbound I-74 from Nebraska Avenue to University Street from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, for pavement work.
• Motorists should expect a left lane closure on westbound I-74 from Nebraska Avenue to Sterling Avenue from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, and Tuesday, Sept. 18, for sewer work.
• Motorists should expect shoulder work on westbound I-74 from Perry Avenue to Glen Oak Avenue from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 18, for grading work. This work should not cause any lane reductions.

East Peoria:
