Construction on Upgrade 74 is underway throughout the Peoria area including Sterling Avenue, the bridges that pass over I-74 in Peoria, and around Riverfront Drive in East Peoria. Below are several pictures that detail the work being done in downtown Peoria around the hospital complexes and Knoxville Avenue. Much of this work shows temporary roads being built so traffic can be maintained while the new, permanent roads are built.
