STERLING AERIAL - An aerial view of temporary pavement construction on Sterling Avenue. The medians were removed from Sterling Avenue and temporary pavement was laid in their place. Two-way, two-lane traffic is maintained using the new temporary pavement and the original east lanes while workers reconstruct the west lanes.
