Construction on the North Street bridge is complete and the bridge is reopened to motorists. The pedestrian walkway will open in December, 2002. It was critical to reconstruct North Street in the preparatory stage of UPGRADE 74 so motorists and pedestrians can use it while other overpasses are under construction beginning next summer.
